Refund policy

*RETURNS/EXCHANGES:*
Due to the handmade nature of made to order items, I cannot accept returns or exchanges; however, if you have any problems with your order, please let me know so that we can try to resolve the issue. If a return is granted, the buyer will only be refunded for the original purchase and the original shipping cost. The buyer will not be refunded the cost of shipping the item(s) back to the shop owner.
